Meet Your Trainer

Working long hours as a hair stylist for 17 years eating poorly and developing bad posture caused fatigue, pain and weight gain. Struggling with weight and poor posture which caused aches and pains all my life. A change needed to happen, training with a personal trainer taught me how to become aware of posture and form. As well as make a lifestyle change, becoming aware of how important it is to eat properly and be active, losing over 40 pounds. In the process passion grew for fitness and feeling amazing!

Training with a personal trainer for over 15 years inspired me to become a personal trainer. It is important to feel your best. Being a mom of two active boys, who enjoy soccer, playing the clarinet, piano and guitar. My Husband is serving 17 years in the Military, he has been on several long deployments. We are a very active family. Now in my 40’s I can testify that a BUSY lifestyle sometimes gets in the way of feeling your best. Taking time out from all the daily grind to focus on feeling your best is very important and the only way to gain optimal wellness. If we don’t take time for our own wellness it can lead to stress and stress can lead to weight gain, fatigue, weakness, stiff joints, pain and poor health.
